The City of London offers a diverse range of venues perfect for your next event, whether it's a birthday party, family reunion, conference, fundraiser, or more. From outdoor gatherings at Cowling or Merri-Mac Park to indoor events at City Hall, we have the ideal space for you. Our facilities include:

• Outdoor Spaces: Cowling and Merri-Mac Parks offer open-air settings for celebrations and gatherings.

• City Hall: Features a large conference room (seats up to 240), a smaller conference room (seats up to 60), a fully equipped kitchen, and available tables and chairs.

• London Municipal Pool: Perfect for fun and refreshing pool parties.

The Reservation Request is for events like birthday parties, conferences, family reunions, and fundraisers. Events requiring street closures, parking restrictions, or city utility connections (electric, water) require the Special Event Permit.

How to Reserve Your Venue:

1. Submit Your Request: Begin by clicking the "Request a Reservation" button located at the top of this page. Complete the online form with your event details, including your preferred date and time.

2. Notification of Approval or Alternative Dates: You will receive a notification regarding the status of your request.

   • If your requested date is available and approved, you will proceed to the next step.

   • If your requested date is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative dates for your consideration.

3. Payment Portal Link: Upon approval of your reservation, you will receive a link to our secure online payment portal.

4. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is officially confirmed once your payment has been received.
